SBANE Presents Senior Executive Circle, Your Peer Advisory Group
WALTHAM, MASS –Â The Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE) has opened enrollment for Senior Executive Circle, formerly known as CEO Dialogue Program. Senior Executive Circle is a peer advisory group for executives within the C-suite to come together and gain perspectives on business challenges, and how to solve said challenges.
High caliber and experienced participants, from a variety of industries, meet on a monthly basis, to discuss business issues and strategies, and the potential outcomes of those strategies. This 10-month program begins in September 2015 and ends in June 2016. Each group is self-facilitated, but contains an experienced “Capitan,” who will ensure the discussions remain relevant. With each meeting, participants will be able to share their business questions, issues, or concerns in a non-competitive and confidential space, to receive honest feedback and advice, and to gain insight on current and future business goals.
The group participants are required to be positioned as a C-level executive, and will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Participants will also need to commit to the 10 month period.
