Saline Lectronics Wins a 2014 Global Technology Award Its Contract Services

The award was presented to the company during a ceremony that took place at the Donald Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL during SMTA International. With five SMT Lines, three of which are high-speed, utilizing Juki’s FX-3 equipment, Saline Lectronics places an average of 13 million components per month ranging in size from 0201 mm to 30.5 mm. All SMT placed components are 100 percent inspected on one of seven Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machines, guaranteeing accuracy and quality. For components that are not placed in surface mount, Saline Lectronics also supports wave solder, selective solder and hand solder operations in both RoHS and Tin Lead requirements. Saline Lectronics also offers robust testing solutions and supports functional, ICT and flying probe testing capabilities. In addition, Saline’s test engineers can design, develop and build customized, automated test stations based on customer requirements and specifications.
