Ross India Moves into Brand New Facility

Hauppauge, NY – Ross Vice President of Corporate Operations Joseph Martorana announced the successful move of the company’s India operations into a brand new facility. On July 14, 2015, Ross Process Equipment (RPE) held the inauguration of its state-of-the-art 20,000-sq.ft. manufacturing plant and offices located in the Chakan MIDC industrial area of Pune, India. The new site sits on a 2.5-acre land large enough to accommodate further expansions up to double the initial plant space.
RPE manufactures several Ross product lines including Tumble Blenders, Ribbon Blenders, Planetary Mixers, Multi-Shaft Mixers, High Speed Dispersers, High Shear Mixers, as well as pressure vessels, tanks and other custom-fabricated equipment.
Established in 2007, this wholly-owned Ross subsidiary caters to customers in India and neighboring Asian countries. Seven other Ross facilities, all fully equipped with advanced engineering and manufacturing tools, are located around the US and in China, including Charles Ross Son Company in Hauppauge, NY which serves as corporate headquarters. In addition to multinational operations and distribution, Ross offers over 170 years of experience and leadership in the manufacture of industrial mixing, blending, drying and dispersion equipment for the process industries.
