Roller Table Conveyor Maximizes Inspection Accuracy

Creston, IA - Since introducing the industry's first roller table style inspection conveyor, Vanmark has designed a wide range of equipment, including the Series 3600 Inspection Conveyor. The roller table design offers advantages over flat belt conveyors in many applications because the positive turn over provided by the rollers exposes all sides of the product to maximize inspection accuracy.

The Series 3600 has a shorter pay back than flat conveyors because inspection accuracy means less waste downstream. Operators are able to see and remove product defects and debris that can damage slicing knives downstream causing downtime issues and increasing maintenance costs. Operator safety is ensured because the rollers stop turning when loads higher than required to rotate the product are detected.

The unit reconfigures quickly and work stations can be moved to any position in seconds. No tools are required to remove panels and work stations for thorough cleaning, making the 3600 easy to sanitize and maintain. Large capacity, durable, heavy duty stainless steel construction moves 3,600 pounds of potatoes per hour for every six inches of lane width.
