Rogers Corporation Names Jeffrey M. Grudzien Vice President of Sales


ROGERS, Conn. - October 23, 2007 - Rogers Corporation, a global technology leader in the development and manufacture of high performance, specialty-material-based products, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeffrey M. Grudzien to vice president of sales. In this role, Grudzien will be responsible for managing a global sales team. He will report to Robert Wachob, president and CEO of Rogers Corporation.

Grudzien joined Rogers in 2000 as marketing manager for the Elastomeric Components Division (ECD), Willimantic, Conn. During his seven-year tenure with the company, he has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility including division marketing manager for the High Performance Foams Division (HPFD); and director of corporate marketing. Grudzien most recently served as Rogers' director of Asia sales.

Prior to joining Rogers Corporation, Grudzien worked as a marketing manager for Garlock Sealing Technologies, Inc., at the time a subsidiary of B.F Goodrich in Palmyra, N.Y. Additionally, he served as a sales engineer at Federal-Mogul, Detroit, Mich. and Cleveland, Ohio.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Grudzien has been trained as a Six Sigma Champion and is a U.S. Patent Holder for a Specialized Sealing Device. He holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Buffalo.
