Rockford Specialties Hires Jennifer Wallace as Production Supervisor
Rockford, ILÂ – Rockford Specialties welcomes Jennifer Wallace to its Operations team. As Production Supervisor, Ms. Wallace’s responsibilities will include implementation of a number of departmental initiatives to improve inventory management, product quality and on-time delivery. Additionally, she will oversee team training, application of visual management systems, and be responsible for improvements to rightsizing orders to customer demand.
Ms. Wallace has over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, with expertise in Lean manufacturing, quality, inventory control, logistics and purchasing. “The addition of Jen to our team is a key development in our on-going efforts to automate and modernize processes, to anticipate and respond to customers’ expectations for quick turnaround and shorter lead times,” says Vince MacFadden, Operations Director at Rockford Specialties. “We look forward the insight and experience Jen brings from her many years in the industry.”
