Robocom Systems Completes Acquisition of Cambar Solutions

FARMINGDALE, N.Y. and MARKHAM, Ontario, Feb. 14, 2011 - Robocom Systems International announced today the successful acquisition of Cambar Solutions based in Charleston, South Carolina. The conclusion of the transaction marks Robocom's second acquisition of supply chain execution software companies in less than four years.
"The past two years of the worst economic recession in decades have been a challenge, but Robocom has come through this period in solid operational and financial condition," said Robocom CEO, Jon Scheumann. "This acquisition is a reflection of the strength of the Robocom Team and our ability to deliver superior supply chain execution solutions to our customers. The combined companies will operate as Robocom Systems International and will maintain an office in Charleston SC.
