Advanced Air- and Liquid-Cooled Heatsinks Now Available for Richardson RFPD's

La Fox, Illinois: Richardson RFPD, Inc. today announces it has completed a distribution agreement with PriaTherm, a European-based provider of reliable and innovative solutions in the thermal management industry. With this agreement, Priatherm provides Richardson RFPD with a source to assist its European customers with fabricated heat sinks for high power RF, as well as energy and power management, applications.
PriaTherm air- and liquid-cooled thermal solutions are used in a broad range of high power density electronics applications, including Energy, Transportation, Signal Processing and Broadcasting. CAB and vacuum brazing technology are among the processes adopted by PriaTherm that enable extreme flexibility in design and outstanding advantages in performance. Along with their complete range of natural and forced-convection solutions, PriaTherm's liquid cold plates are used by many of Richardson RFPD's IGBT customers for proper cooling of these devices. PriaTherm's infrastructure is fully equipped for fast prototyping, quick turn productions and volume manufacturing.
