Rexroth's GoPak(TM) Hydraulic Power Unit and GoDesigner(TM) Configuration Tool Offer Millions of Combinations with Quick Lead Times

System allows engineers to streamline the design and ordering process with faster quotes and shorter lead times

Bosch Rexroth GoPak™ hydraulic power units (HPU) bridge the gap between standard market products and engineered-to-order power units for machine tool, plastics, automotive, material handling, presses, marine, metallurgy and other hydraulic applications. Rexroth’s GoDesigner™ smart configurator software tool expedites the selection of pumps, motors, valves and other peripherals so customers can get quotes in a day, with lead times as short as four to six weeks (three weeks when configured with designated Rexroth "GoTo" products).

Rexroth GoPak hydraulic power units, formerly offered as RexPak units, uniquely combine high-quality engineering, competitive pricing and rapid delivery with exceptionally short lead times using the company’s powerful GoDesigner product configurator. Available online, on iOS and Android tablet devices and with limited functionality on smartphones, the GoDesigner tool streamlines customization for fixed and variable displacement pumps, motors and thousands of additional options and accessories.

Unlike typical product selectors and configurators producing an invariable design, different parameters can be dynamically changed in the GoDesigner tool to fine-tune a design around functionality, price or delivery. In addition, units are optimized to yield the smallest footprint possible without sacrificing functionality and maintainability.

The GoDesigner configurator incorporates the latest components for valve assemblies, pressure sensors and gauges, filters and other accessories to meet rapidly changing application requirements. Competitively priced quotations are available in one business day and lead times can be as short as three weeks when using Rexroth’s GoTo product offerings. GoPak Champion personnel are also available to help with configuration questions.

At the time of the quote, a comprehensive documentation package specific to the configuration is available, which includes a bill of materials, general hydraulic schematic, 2-D general assembly drawing, 3-D model, and data sheets for all components, if requested.

The GoPak power unit offering and GoDesigner system are based on years of Rexroth design intelligence, hydraulic engineering expertise and rules-based programming. GoPak units use the same high-quality components found on all Rexroth HPUs, and every component has been pre-selected and tested by applications engineering specialists to meet the high standards of workmanship and dependability expected from Rexroth products.

Rexroth is continually expanding its GoPak product offering to meet more industry applications. For further information or to configure a GoPak HPU visit the GoPak website at www.boschrexroth-us.com/GoPak.
