Shark-Fin Grading System sold to Redwood Plastics Corporation
Langley, BC, October 14, 2009 -Redwood Plastics Corporation, a member of Prisma Plastics International has purchased the Shark Fin Board Turning System including trademarks, patents, assets and websites (www.sharkfinsystems.com & www.boardturner.com) from SGM Holdings Inc. Redwood Plastics has been a long term licensee of the Shark Fin technology and has over 13 years experience with the system.
The Shark Fin System is a patented board turning system for grading tables in sawmills and planer mills. The Shark Fin System can protect graders from injuries bringing huge savings in insurance/lost time work costs and even bigger gains in productivity and increased product sales.
