ReadSoft's annual report for 2010 has been published today on the company's website www.readsoft.com. The annual report is distributed to shareholders, and other stakeholders, who have signed up to receive printed financial reports from ReadSoft. The annual report will also be available at the Annual General Meeting in Helsingborg, Sweden, on May 3.

Shareholders who have ordered a printed copy will receive the Swedish version in the mail sometime next week. The printed English version will be distributed in the beginning of May.
Annual General Meeting
ReadSoft also wants to welcome the company's shareholders to the forthcoming Annual General Meeting at Hotel Marina Plaza, Kungstorget 6, Helsingborg, Sweden, on May 3, at 3:00pm CET. On the same day, ReadSoft's Interim Report for January - March 2011 will be presented. A complete version of the summons for the Annual General Meeting is available on our website www.readsoft.com. Shareholders who wish to participate in the meeting should sign up no later than 4:00pm CET, on April 26. Please use our website for your registration.
