RB Tool & Mfg Co Purchased New Sodick AG600L Wire EDM
RB Tool has updated their wire EDM capabilities
Cincinnati, OH 2– RB Tool, a global supplier of precision machined components and assemblies, is proud to announce the newest Wire EDM addition, a Sodick AG600L. The machine improves our wire capacity to 7 machines. We also have 4 sinker EDM’s and 1 fast hole drill.
RB Tool has continued to invest in the latest machine technology, and this new machine keeps RB Tool in the forefront of EDM technology. This machine has travels of X 23.50” Y 15.75” Z 13.80” with 4th axis travels U 4.72” V 4.72”. This machine increases our large part manufacturing in 3 ways. First, we can EDM taller parts and second, we produce larger angles in 4th axis parts. Lastly we can accommodate parts that have larger size envelopes. We now have the ability to run parts faster and for longer hours due to this machines capability.
