R&D Circuits Welcomes Nick Langston, Jr.

South Plainfield, NJ and Brooklyn Park, MN - November, 2011

James V. Russell, President and CEO of R&D Circuits, announces the addition of Nick Langston Jr. to the executive team in the position of Executive Vice President. Nick will have responsibility for R&D's global sales as well as the newly acquired R&D Interconnect Solutions test contactor group based in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.

"More than ever, customers need to look at the test cell holistically. The load board and socket must be designed in tandem as a complete electro-mechanical interface. That's exactly where R&D's strength lies. With our resources and technologies we can help customers realize very significant gains in test cell performance." said Russell.
Nick has over 16 years of experience in the ATE industry. Prior to joining R&D, Nick was the Business Development Manager at Yamaichi Electronics focused on front and back end test applications. Nick has also held management positions at Antares Advanced Test Technologies, Dimensions Consulting, Inc. and Liberty Research. Nick began his career working with his father, Nick Langston, Sr., at Liberty Research where they developed a successful spring probe and conductive elastomer test contactor business that was later absorbed by Antares. Nick has authored several articles on test interface issues and has presented award winning technical papers on contact performance in the test cell.

Nick enjoys playing guitar and trying to keep up with his young sons. He is particularly proud of having helped launch the 501c3 charity Guitars Not Guns which provides free guitars and lessons to foster children and at-risk youth. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of San Francisco.
