ProservCrane e-quipment added a new interactive tool to their online store that will make identifying overhead crane and hoist parts quicker and easier for both the end-user and ProservCrane parts specialists.
"We've added virtually every vendor manual, catalog and brochure to the site under the‚ "Resources‚" tab, plus we added a new tool called "Interactive Parts Breakdown," says Brad Wilson of ProservCrane Group.
"This new feature includes Budgit and Shaw-Box hoist diagrams that users can pull up and easily click on a number that will display a part number and description of the part they were searching for. Customers can then add the part to the cart and request a quote. This new tool will help both our customer and our parts specialists identify overhead crane and hoist parts more easily and more quickly than ever before." says Brad.
