Customers Drive Innovation at Reiser

At a seminar entitled "Innovation Driven by Customer Needs" to be presented at PROCESS EXPO 2011, John McIssac, Vice-President at Reiser, Inc. will reveal the company's "no one size fits all" philosophy. "We want our customer's to know that we welcome all ideas to better serve their needs," said McIssac. "Just because equipment for your idea does not yet exist, it can be made," he added.

The seminar is designed for food processors who would like to partner with equipment vendors to produce unique products or improve current processes. McIssac promises to deliver a very interactive seminar showing videos to underscore the theme of the meeting. "Equipment manufacturers need and want critical feedback," stated McIssac. "We expect that the interactive dialog begun at his seminar will be taken to the Reiser booth on the exhibit floor," said David Seckman, President of FPSA, the sponsors of PROCESS EXPO 2011. "This is a great example of how we integrate what is being offered at the seminar program with what is being displayed on over 200,000 square feet of exhibits," he concluded.
