Columbus, Ohio - Plaskolite, Inc., the largest US manufacturer of continuously processed thermoplastic sheet products, announces the acquisition of the VIVAK® PETG sheet USA business from Bayer MaterialScience LLC.
The purchase of the VIVAK PETG sheet business further enhances the company's product offering to its distribution customer base. VIVAK® is the brand and market leader for PETG products.
