Penske Logistics Announces Promotions
READING, Pa., Oct. 29, 2007 - Today, Penske Logistics announced the appointments of Jeffrey Stoicheff as Senior Vice President - Human Resources, Etienne Visser as Vice President - Global Transportation Management and Edward Kitt as Vice President - Distribution Center Management.
Jeffrey Stoicheff, Senior Vice President - Human Resources
In his new position, Stoicheff is responsible for the overall strategic program for Human Resources at Penske Logistics, including leadership and organizational development initiatives. Stoicheff reports to Vincent Hartnett, President - Penske Logistics and is based at the company's global headquarters in Reading, Pa. Since joining the company in 1994, Stoicheff has served in a variety of Human Resources leadership posts and is a member of the Logistics Senior Leadership Team.
Etienne Visser, Vice President - Global Transportation Management
In his newly created post, Visser has responsibility for Penske Logistics' worldwide freight and shipping products. He also leads ongoing development of global international and regional transportation management systems and processes. He is based at Penske's European headquarters in Roosendaal, the Netherlands. Visser reports to Vincent Hartnett, President - Penske Logistics.
Edward Kitt, Vice President - Distribution Center Management
Kitt's new role entrusts him with the ongoing development and growth of Penske Logistics' distribution and warehousing services and products used by leading companies around the world. He joined Penske Logistics in 2005 as general manager of operations and is based in Benton Harbor, Mich. Kitt reports to Terry Miller, Executive Vice President Operations - Americas.
