An updated 20-page bulletin profiles the complete line of PEMSERTER® fastener-installation equipment, including automated and manual presses, tooling, robotics capabilities, and accessories to enable safe, reliable, precise, and accurate installation of fasteners into metal assemblies.
"Bulletin PS" covers features, benefits, and specifications for all PEMSERTER presses engineered to install self-clinching fasteners in thin metal sheets. Models include the Series 2000® fully automatic press, which can be integrated with the TRU-MOTION® System for automated workpiece handling during fastener installation; Series 4® manual press with an insertion force adjustable from 400 lbs. to 6 tons/1.8 kN to 53.4 kN; Series LT/4® press for jobs requiring three tons of force or less; Series P3 press with 3 tons/26.7 kN insertion force; and the MICRO-MATE® hand tool.
