PCB® Piezotronics, Inc. Acquires New Facility to Better Serve Worldwide Customer Base
Investment Part of Company's Goal of Manufacturing Excellence
November 23, 2010, Depew, NY - PCB® Piezotronics Inc., a global leader in the design and manufacture of sensor technology, today announced plans for expansion at their Depew, NY campus. A recently acquired 52,000 sq. ft. facility adjacent to PCB's main plant is being upgraded to consolidate and expand PCB®'s machining operations. The refurbished facility will manufacture parts and components used in the production of a wide range of PCB® sensors.
Work on the facility is targeted for completion in the second quarter of 2011. The facility will increase efficiencies by consolidation of operations currently located in Lackawanna, NY with related operations in Depew, NY. Once complete the facility will house over 150 machinists and a wide range of advanced machining technologies designed to increase capacity and reduce lead times for parts.

The operation will support sensor manufacturing in PCB®'s Depew, NY and Roanoke Rapids, NC production facilities.
