Paulo Products Company Purchases Bodycote Business in St Louis, MO
St. Louis, MO - July 24, 2006 - Paulo Products Company announces the purchase of the metal treating and brazing business of Bodycote Thermal Processing, located in St. Louis, MO. Paulo will transfer the processing of all work for customers, resulting from this acquisition, to its existing facilities. Equipment needed to best serve customers will be relocated to Paulo's plant in St Louis.
Paulo has operated a commercial heat treating facility in St Louis since 1943.
