PARPRO is approved for Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA)

Major Prime Contractor to benefit from doing business with PARPRO’s US and Foreign Affiliate

CARLSBAD, CA, May 9th, 2017 - PARPRO Mexico (PMX) and PARPRO Technologies (PTI) (both divisions of PARPRO Corporation), announced the approval of a Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) to allow technical information exchange for an ITAR regulated program. The agreement allows PARPRO Mexico and PARPRO Technologies to conduct technical information exchange on behalf of a specific US Military Prime Contractor to support Defense/Government Services. A Defense Service is defined as the furnishing of assistance in the design, development, engineering, manufacture, production, assembly, testing, repair, maintenance, modification, operation, demilitarization, destruction, processing or use of Defense Articles.

TAA’s are issued on a project by project, case by case basis. This TAA is intended to authorize PTI to furnish technical data to PMX for the manufacture related to custom cable and harness assembly, conformal coatings of PCBA’s, mechanical parts including sheet metal fabrication and milling, soldering, first article inspection and proof of concept for various US military applications.
