P-80® Temporary Rubber Lubricants - Now Available in 10ml Tubes - Ideal for Maintenance and Repair Kits!

Burlington, New Jersey, USA: The slip resistant nature of rubber makes it difficult to install, cut, remove or manipulate. Repair and installation of rubber parts can take considerable physical effort and time. In addition, improper part alignment or installation can lead to part failure and safety issues. Many jobs can benefit from the reduced friction and increased safety provided by P-80® Temporary Rubber Lubricants. Major manufacturing companies have used P-80 lubricants for years for the assembly of engine mounts, bumpers, seals, belts, bushings, O-rings, hoses, grommets, grips, plugs, moldings, tires and many other rubber or soft plastic engineered parts.

Now, P-80 is available in handy re-sealable tubes making it perfect for maintenance, repair, service or even the dreaded recall. The 10 mL size provides enough lubrication for multiple repairs. They are a perfect size for assembly, maintenance and repair kits.

P-80 is helpful for pump, HVAC, auto and truck, motorcycle, construction equipment, mechanical seal, pool and spa, appliance, bicycle, plumbing and many other repair jobs. In fact, every fleet or service center can benefit from the use of P-80 for their ongoing maintenance. Most automotive OEMs have already approved P-80 for assembly, so specification numbers already exist making ordering easier for dealers and suppliers.

P-80 lubricants enable rubber parts to slide easily into place with minimal force. Once dry, P-80 stops lubricating and parts remain in place, resulting in a tight fit.

P-80 lubricants are compatible with most plastics, rubbers and metals. They are safe for workers and the environment. P-80 is water based and does not contain alcohol or petroleum distillates so it will not cause rubber to dry out or harden. Since P-80 does not contain silicon or any other persistent ingredients, once dry the slipping action goes away.

P-80 is available in four different industrial formulas, as well as two special formulas that are registered with NSF as H1 lubricants approved for incidental food contact applications. Most P-80 products are biodegradable and all are manufactured in the USA.
