Our New Sales Director in North America
We are pleased to introduce to you Mr. Christian Fais, the new face of sales and marketing of STROTHMANN Machines Handling GmbH in North America.
The establishment of this central position is accompanied by an adjustment of the sales strategies of the company. The development of new distribution channels also ensures the effective supply of the central markets with high quality products of STROTHMANN.
Mr. Christian Fais comes from a worldwide organization for engineering where he worked as a general sales, project manager and quality engineer.
Christian started his career at Müller Weingarten in 1988. In sixteen years between 1988 and 2006 at Müller Weingarten in Germany he has the position as a Project Engineer for press automation and Quality Engineer in the metal forming and forging industry.
From 2006 to 2013 he possess seven years NAFTA experience as General Sales Manager, Project Manager and Technical Sales at a renowned german press manufacturer in North America.
During his time in Canada he installed and start-up, in cooperation with the Frauenhofer Institution for Chemical Technologies ICT from Germany at the campus from Western University, an International Composite Research Center.
His last position from 2013 till May 2014 was at a machine manufacturer for the tire cord and conveyor belt industry as a Key Account Manager.
