OSI Systems Receives $2.3 Million Patient Monitoring Contract from Princeton HealthCare System


HAWTHORNE, Calif. -- OSI Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:OSIS), a vertically-integrated provider of specialized electronic products for critical applications in the Security and Healthcare industries, today announced that its Healthcare division, Spacelabs Healthcare, has received an approximate $2.3 million contract from Princeton HealthCare System. Under the terms of this agreement, Spacelabs will provide Ultraview SL patient monitors, Ultraview Telemetry, DM3 patient monitors and ICS G2 software applications for hospital-wide implementation.

Spacelabs' ICS G2 software applications are designed to improve efficiency, functionality and the flow of clinical information which in turn can help lower costs, reduce lengths of stay, and improve outcomes.
