OSI Systems Awarded Contract from Premier, Inc.

HAWTHORNE, Calif. - OSI Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSIS) today announced that its Healthcare Division, Spacelabs Healthcare, has been awarded a group purchasing contract to provide patient monitoring systems to Premier, Inc., a leading healthcare improvement company with one of the largest group purchasing organizations (GPO's) in the United States. Effective March 1, 2015, the new agreement makes Spacelabs' line of patient monitors and connectivity solutions available to Premier members under the physiological monitoring systems category.
