Omni Components Corp., a leading supplier of precision engineered machined products to hi-tech commercial and orthopedic medical industries, is pleased to announce that Frank Stone, Jr. is promoted to Executive Vice President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Rick Holka, President/Chairman, comments "Mr. Stone, as Senior Vice President and COO has provided challenge, vision and leadership to our team since his arrival." In his new position, Frank will have direct responsibility for the entirety of Omni Components Corp. and will affect decisions that will allow Omni to prosper and grow in the future. He will ensure our Customers receive our very best effort and the very best quality products while continually improving our reach, markets, capabilities, management and purpose while carefully and professionally managing Company growth.
In addition, Omni is very pleased to announce that Shelby Overbeck is promoted to Vice President/Chief Operating Officer (COO). Ms. Overbeck has demonstrated success in numerous accomplishments in vital areas of the Company. CEO, Frank Stone Jr. adds "I look forward to her continuing success as VP/ COO of Omni. I am confident that the critical areas of Company operations will benefit under her management, direction and leadership." Shelby's focus will be in exercising key business decisions that lead to the achievement of the Company's return on investment and profitable growth objectives. She will provide leadership, direction, and oversight to ensure product quality, process integrity, profitability, growth, and improved operational efficiency of the CompanyÆs manufacturing operations.
