Oberon, Inc. Free Educational Webcast: Cabling and Infrastructure for Enterprise Wireless Networks


State College, PA - November 17, 2010 - Oberon, Inc. will present a free online seminar reviewing basic wireless LAN design concepts and cabling for the infrastructure on December 1 at 12:15 EST. This one-hour webcast includes site survey methods and RF channel plans, TIA Standards and Bulletins which may impact the wireless design, and power over Ethernet. A second seminar planned for February 2 at 12:15 EST covers installation in the air handling space and cabling for IEEE 802.11n access points.

BICSI credential holders will receive credit for participation in the webcast. Effective November 1, 2010, BICSI recognizes Cabling and Infrastructure for Wireless Networks Part I training for the following BICSI Continuing Education Credits (CECs): RCDD, RITP, NTS, WD, Installer 2 Copper/Fiber, Technician, and Certified Trainer.
