A summary of the respective position descriptions are highlighted below:



Production Supervisor



Plans, coordinates, organizes, schedules and controls production processes. The main responsibilities are to ensure the efficient production of goods and services are of the right quantity, quality, and cost through motivation, modeling, coaching and performance management. In addition, responsibilities include managing the scheduling process so products are produced on time to meet the demands of the customer.



Required education and experience include Bachelors in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Process Engineering and Business Management. Or equivalent experience. Assembly and Retractile Production



Produce quality customized assemblies and retractiles according to customer specification, while operating all workstations within the cell. The assembler and retractile positions shall perform daily production while having a commitment to safety, quality, performance, and delivery standards.



Required education and experience include high school diploma or GED. Manufacturing experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude is preferred (e.g. being able to work with power tools). Braider Operator



Working within a production environment, safely operate equipment to perform set-up and operation of multiple braiding machines to weave fine wire and thread over cable. Perform preventative maintenance tasks, inspection, and trouble-shooting of quality issues to ensure the production of a high quality product within customer specifications.

Cabler Operator



Set-up, operate and troubleshoot cabling process following Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for assigned process. Maintain product documentation per requirements. Perform preventative maintenance tasks, inspection, and trouble-shooting of quality issues to ensure the production of a high quality product within customer specifications.



Required education and experience include high school diploma or GED. Technical degree preferred and/or Cabling Technology Certificate, one to two years previous manufacturing experience preferred. Extruder Operator



Working within a production environment utilizing a variety of plastic materials, safely operate equipment to perform set-up, and operation of extrusion machines to extrude molten plastic over individual copper conductors and fiber materials. Maintain product documentation per requirements. Perform preventative maintenance tasks, inspection, and trouble-shooting of quality issues to ensure the production of a high quality product within customer specifications.



Required education and experience include high school diploma or GED. Technical degree preferred. One to two years previous manufacturing experience preferred. Buyer/Planner



The Buyer is responsible for the timely planning and purchasing of materials for products supporting production schedules and inventory strategies. The Buyer seeks and establishes new supply sources for new and existing products. Other responsibilities include supplier oversight and management to ensure schedules, costs, and quality objectives are achieved.

Material Handling



Material Handler is responsible for receiving and storing all the materials used in production along returning to stock. Using a variety of scales and delivery mechanisms, including a forklift while safely ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal customers. Material Handler must ensure all material is correctly labeled with the correct lot number and placed in the correct locations. Also responsible for incoming inspection of materials. Data entry for the return raw materials to and from the Warehouse, Production Lines and Shipping/Receiving as needed.



Required education and experience includes high school education or GED with previous warehouse or manufacturing forklift experience required. Ability to use MRP or ERP software preferred. Quality Inspector

Provide technical support, implement changes and improvements to existing products. Actively develop and share expertise within the context of the enterprise to generate business cases, gather customer requirements, risk planning and facilitate business model evolution.

The Application Engineer position is responsible to work closely with customers to successfully finalize design, product and attribute specifications with defined business development leads.
