New Machine Monitoring Reports and HTTP Advanced Monitoring Dashboard Released by eNETDNC
Greenfield, WI - eNETDNC is pleased to announce the release of 3 new Monitoring Reports for their eViewer, a powerful Crystal Reports based report generator, which every eNET-monitoring customer receives. The new reports offer Daily, Weekly and Monthly breakdowns of machine availability. Customers can not only view their machines Cycle On/Off Setup times, but can also view trending for their top Machine Downtime reasons over a specified range of dates. This breakdown and display of machine downtimes leads customers to actions based directly from their machine monitoring data, which will create increased machine up-time. All 3 reports are offered in both an overall machine-based view, or a shift-based view per machine. This Monitoring Software update is now available via free download on the eNET website (www.enetdnc.com) for eNET’s Machine Monitoring customers.
The new eNET HTTP Advanced web-based Machine Monitoring Dashboards have also been released and are available for purchase. Customers can choose between a detailed or timeline view of the Dashboards. Both Dashboards display Machine, Part, Cycle, Shift, Operator and even OEE or Machine Efficiency info. These Dashboards are easily accessed on any web browser, and will automatically refresh. Both are great for displaying on large-screen monitors in the shop, or gaining remote insight to the current manufacturing conditions on the shop floor.
