New Filler Metal Product Catalog Available from Hobart Brothers
TROY, Ohio. July 10, 2007-Hobart Brothers' newly revised product catalog for its Hobart® brand of filler metals is now available. The 48-page catalog includes technical specifications, and features and benefits for Hobart mild steel and low alloy stick electrodes, stainless steel products, and tubular wires, including flux-cored and metal-cored products.
Other catalog features include easy-to-read explanations of American Welding Society (AWS) classifications, along with typical application descriptions for each product, and important AWS, ABS (American Bureau of Shipping), and QPL military approvals and conformances.
To assist with application and inventory needs, the catalog also provides multiple packaging options for each type of filler metal. In addition, the tubular wire section provides charts to help estimate filler metal consumption based on common joint configurations.
