New District Director of Client Services in California


Boyle Engineering Corporation has hired Reymundo Trejo, PE, as a District Director of Client Services. His primary responsibilities are supporting municipalities and public agencies in initiating and completing projects, assisting Boyle project teams in meeting the requirements of major infrastructure undertakings, and ensuring that Boyle is consistently providing high-quality service to the firm's Southwest District clients, including those served by Boyle's offices in Orange County, San Diego, Ontario, Encino, and Ventura. With more than 12 years of combined municipality/public-agency experience in the planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, and reclamation facilities, Mr. Trejo possesses unique credentials in completing high-profile capital improvement projects ranging from membrane-process treatment plants to large-diameter pipelines. His joining Boyle reflects the firm's emphasis on the strategic management of municipal client accounts. Read more

Mr. Trejo comes to Boyle from the city of Ontario, where he was most recently a Principal Engineer with oversight of water and wastewater projects, including numerous master plans. He's also worked for the Long Beach Water Department and the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWDSC). Major planning and design projects to his credit include a $35‑million capital improvements program that entailed three reservoirs and 20,000 feet of recycled-water pipeline; a $5-million desalination facility; and the development of a yearly Operating Plan encompassing MWDSC's State Water Project and Colorado River water requirements, filtration-plant operations, water-resource utilization, and reservoir-storage operations.

Mr. Trejo is a registered professional engineer in California. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC). His professional affiliations include the American Water Works Association and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
