Munters Moisture Control Services Appoints Brown National Sales Manager, Construction Services

Russ Brown has been named national sales manager, construction services, for Moisture Control Services (MCS), a division of Munters AB. MCS' global division offers complete services for water and fire damage restoration and remediation, and for temporary climate control in construction, industrial, surface preparation and coating, and preservation applications. Munters AB is a publicly owned company, based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Brown will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic growth plan to build the construction services segment for MCS. He also will manage key national accounts, create marketing programs, foster employee growth and institute educational programs for MCS staff. He will be based in Munters' Indianapolis office.
Prior to the promotion, Brown was national accounts manager for MCS for three years and directed the continued expansion of industrial drying services for the division. He also served as an MCS regional sales manager for five years, developing and implementing a strategic growth initiative for the Midwest region while supporting seven account managers.
Brown serves on the board of governors for the Society for Protective Coatings, a non-profit association that is focused on the protection and preservation of concrete, steel and other industrial and marine structures and surfaces through the use of high-performance industrial coatings.
Brown earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois and is a native of Avon, Ind.
