Multipix Imaging, will Return to PPMA on Stand A61 to Demonstrate a Range of Vision Products Designed to Create Innovative Solutions for the Food and Beverage Industry

Launching the NEW Ensenso N20 3D Stereo, equipped with two high resolution 1.3 megapixel CMOS sensors, this 3D camera provides a wide field of vision for capturing greater volumes and working distances of up to 3 meters. A more powerful projector with blue LEDs combined with the high resolution of the sensors delivers even more accurate detail and precise 3D data, even with very difficult surfaces. The GigE interface allows cable lengths of up to 100m, while the camera is also "powered over Ethernet" (PoE).

At just 175 x 50 x 50 mm it does not require much space, while its robust aluminum housing and screw-on connections make it ideal for industrial applications.

The package includes an interface to the MVTec HALCON machine vision library and a software development kit. The Ensenso software has been optimised, particularly in terms of robot vision and multi-camera applications.

Multipix will also demonstrate a range of Datalogic products, easy to implement creating powerful and flexible processing and packaging solutions. The MX Embedded System series with GigE interface, supporting multiple Datalogic Smart cameras, combined with the easy-to-use Impact Software creates solutions for verification and identification of goods simply.

The revolutionary and unrivalled new Pattern Matching tool for sorting applications is now available in the IMPACT Software Suite. This state-of-the-art patented algorithm is able to find thousands of different patterns in an extremely effective way.

New Vision Sensor IR models feature an embedded powerful LED illuminator with Infrared emission and an ambient light filter able to cut off most of the light coming from the surroundings. These two characteristics allow DataVS2 IR to reduce the influence of environmental factors that are usually very hard to predict and compensate thus improving the sensor reliability when dealing with big operating distances and Fields Of View.
