MonoSol LLC to Purchase Certain Assets from Stanelco PLC

May 29, 2007 - MonoSol LLC, the global leader in the development and commercialization of water soluble products and packaging, announced today it has finalized the purchase of certain equipment and intellectual property assets from Stanelco, PLC. The terms of the purchase were not disclosed. This acquisition by MonoSol complements its recently announced manufacturing expansion in LaPorte, Indiana, USA and its market diversification programs in the UK. These new assets underscore MonoSol's ongoing efforts to expand and diversify its environmentally sustainable product offering.
