Weiss-Aug's approach to tooling has been intensely developed and perfected to a system where design and fabrication of stamping and molding tooling are highly integrated. From the beginning for insert molded programs, teams of both tool and mold makers work closely together, making sure that critical areas are considered for both manufacturing processes. This approach is so successful; our tool and mold makers have a much better understanding of each other's areas, and have developed specialized and extensive expertise one cannot receive at a stamping or molding operation alone.
Weiss-Aug uses Integration with highly integrated stamping and molding tooling, tools designed in mind for critical shut off areas in molding The Durability and Long Life our company uses is carbide punches, CPM steel technologies, high tech coatings including titanium nitrate and aluminum nitrate to ensure the longevity and better wear of your tool.
We have extensive In-house maintenance in Both stamping and molding have dedicated maintenance tool rooms. With our Technology Leading the way, Weiss-Aug is always on the cutting edge, our team employs in die sensoring systems, signature technology, die and mold protection systems and load cell sensor technology. We also have the capabilities for In house Die Fabrication that has a Dedicated tool room of 15 tool makers produce dies for both production and prototype.
Our Complexity Experts help us excel at the most complex and difficult projects through experience with progressive high complex shaping and forming, and our understanding of tight tolerance and CPK requirements. We also are capable of Prototyping for our Tooling for development of high production parts for both molding and stamping.
