Model 8000
IPEC introduces new Model 8000 which is its largest vertical shaft ROTORMILL which can be used as both as a mill or a combination milling /flash dryer. This unit features up to 750HP motor, a 3 door design for allowing easy grinding plate and liner replacement as well as grinding plates that will last longer.
Grinding plates are longer, allowing for fewer actual stages in the machine which results in fewer actual parts required for grinding plate changes. The ROTORMILL/ROTORDRYER will come in both carbon steel and stainless steel execution and employ the use of Tungsten Carbide covered wear resistant grinding plates as well as AR500 liner tiles. Many features such as air purge on the bearings, water cooling on the bearings are available.
