Mobile Roll Restorer

(Nashua, NH) - NimCor's Roll Restorer is a mobile tool that conveniently repairs damaged or crushed cores right on the plant floor. Now rolls with damaged cores can be easily salvaged without special handling and hoisting. Using standard shop air, the mobile Roll Restorer uses a 20-ton hydraulic ram to straighten and reshape deformed cores with diameters from 2 to 12 inches. All parts and components used for core restoration are conveniently stowed on the Roll Restorer's frame, including expander heads and flanges for different core sizes. The Roll Restorer is available as a mobile handcart or heavy-duty, forklift-mountable model. Demo video at www.nimcor.com/roll_restorer.html.
