Misumi USA, Inc. Expands Its Marketing Management Team
Effective immediately, Misumi USA, Inc. proudly announces the appointment of Ms. Misa Nishimura, 42, as Director of Marketing and Inside Sales for the Factory Automation Group. Also, Mr. Dwayne Roark, 30, is now the Senior Marketing Manager for the same group at Misumi USA.
Ms. Nishimura was formerly the Director of Global Business for the Factory Automation Group in Japan. She previously served as a VP for Voice Research Corporation, a market research and strategic services company in Japan, as well as a VP at ASV Corporation, developers of multimedia software products and services. She co-founded both of those firms in Japan.
Prior to that time, she spent 14 years at Toshiba Corporation in Japan and Irvine, CA. At Toshiba in Tokyo, she was Senior Product Manager, PC Division, International Operations, then served as the Director of eBusiness Strategy, Computer Systems Group, Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. Ms. Nishimura holds her MBA from Keio University and a BS in Mathematics from the Ochanomizu Women's University, both in Tokyo.
Mr. Roark comes to Misumi from Danaher Motion, where he was Manager, Marketing Communications. He previously served as Program Manager, Global Marketing Communications at Woodhead Industries and an Account Executive at Dartek Computer Supply, all in the Chicagoland area. He's also been an Adjunct Professor at American Intercontinental University, where he taught marketing and business courses. Roark has an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University and his BA in Journalism from the University of St. Francis.
In related news, Mr. Ron Dziuda, former Marketing Manager, is now Inside Sales Manager for Misumi USA.
All these individuals will be based at the Misumi USA headquarters in Schaumburg, IL, near Chicago.
