Mircom Group of Companies Acquires Sister Company Mircom/Gardia
TORONTO –Â Mircom Technologies Ltd. is pleased to announce the acquisition and merger of its sister company, Mircom/Gardia (Toronto) Inc., into its direct operations under the Mircom Group of Companies corporate umbrella. Certain minority business assets which were not acquired will continue to operate as "Mircom/Gardia Limited".

The new Mircom/Gardia will continue to operate from the Mircom Group of Companies' corporate headquarters located at 25 Interchange Way, in Mircom's newly constructed building addition.

Mircom/Gardia and Mircom have had a long association; this acquisition and merger expands Mircom's service offering in the GTA.
