Tradeshow Takes Place May 18-21 at San Diego Marriott in La Jolla, California
WHAT:  Microsemi Corporation, a leading provider of
           semiconductor solutions differentiated by power,
security, reliability and performance, will be
participating in the Single Event Effects (SEE)
Symposium coupled with the Military and Aerospace
Programmable Logic Devices (MAPLD) Workshop in La Jolla,
California May 18-21, 2015. Microsemi will be
exhibiting at booth #3 where the company's experts will
           showcase newly introduced RTG4(TM) radiation-tolerant
field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) and LX7730
telemetry managers, as well as a variety of its
           radiation-hardened DC-to-DC converters, precision
time and frequency solutions, linear and point of load
(POL) hybrids, custom hybrid solutions and radiation-
hardened discretes including the broadest portfolio of
JANS Class diodes and bipolar products.
Microsemi will also share its engineering team's
expertise by presenting two papers: "Single Event Upset
Characterization of Fabric SRAM in 65 nm RTG4 Flash-
based FPGA" presented by Dr. Nadia Rezzak, staff device
engineer, system-on-chip products group; and "Single
           Event Effects in Microsemi's Radiation-tolerant
Reprogrammable RTG4 Flash FPGA" presented by Durwyn
           Dsilva, senior engineer, system-on-chip products
group. In addition, Ken O'Neill, director of marketing,
space and aviation for Microsemi's  system-on-chip
products group, will deliver an invited talk on
           "Microsemi Next Generation Radiation-tolerant FPGAs"
and Dr. J. J. Wang, senior principal engineer, system-
on-chip products group, will chair the "Devices and
           Technologies" session.
WHY:   The SEE Symposium coupled with the MAPLD Workshop
addresses all aspects of single-event effects in
microelectronic and photonic devices, circuits and
systems. Microsemi offers one of the industry's most
comprehensive portfolios of space products and has the
capability to resolve the most difficult problems with
           its high-reliability solutions.
WHERE: The Microsemi team will demonstrate products and engage
with attendees at booth # 3 at the tradeshow, which is
being held at the San Diego Marriott La Jolla, located
at 4240 La Jolla Village Dr. in La Jolla, California.
WHEN:  Microsemi's involvement in the symposium will take place
Wednesday, May 18 through Thursday, May 21, 2015 during
           show hours.
Dr. Wang's "Devices and Technologies" session will take
            place May 18 from 10:30-11:20 a.m.
   Dr. Rezzak's
"Single Event Upset Characterization of Fabric SRAM in
65 nm RTG4 Flash-based FPGA" paper will be presented
            May 19 from 3-3:20 p.m.Â
   Dsilva's "Single Event
            Effects in Microsemi's Radiation-tolerant
Reprogrammable RTG4 Flash FPGA" paper will be presented
            May 19 from 4-4:20 p.m.
   O'Neill's "Microsemi Next
Generation Radiation-tolerant FPGAs" invited talk will
            take place May 20 from 10:40-11:10 a.m.
