MHI-MME Exhibits at Sea Japan 2014 Welcomes Maritime Participants at Its Luxurious Bar Counter


Tokyo, Japan – Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Marine Machinery & Engine Co., Ltd. (MHI-MME) will exhibit at Sea Japan 2014 to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from April 9th to 11th. MHI-MME will co-exhibit with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd., MHI Marine Engineering, Ltd. and Calnetix Technologies, LLC* (Calnetix) from the USA.



Sea Japan is one of the largest marine exhibitions in the world, and is held in alternate years with the support of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan. At Sea Japan 2014, MHI-MME and its co-exhibitors will introduce a wide range of services and products, including MHI-MME marine products (Project MEET**, UE Engines, MET Turbochargers, Propellers, Boiler, Turbines, Steering Gears, Fin Stabilizers, Deck Cranes and Deck Machineries), as well as high-speed marine engines, a Digital Radio Type Optical Torsion Meter, and an Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) system.



MHI-MME's booth will be located at JPN-44, where it will entertain visitors with Japanese sake and wine at a bar counter that has been especially prepared for the exhibition.

*Calnetix Technologies provides high-speed generators / motors for MHI-MME's Hybrid Turbochargers and Electric Assist Turbochargers. Also, Calnetix and MHI-MME are collaborating to develop a marine ORC system to generate power from engine jacket water heat.
