Five critical skills that material handling leaders must have
Dewitt, NY - November 16, 2009: The November issue of MHEDA Edge focuses on leadership. Now, more than ever, strong leadership is of paramount importance in the business world. The waters are extremely rough and if your company doesn't have the right people steering the ship, it could be in big trouble. That's why the November Edge's article, "Leadership 101: Five things every leader should be doing," is so important.
Not everyone is born a leader, but anyone can become one. There are 1,001 leadership strategies out there if you're willing to read all of the books. o Care-Your job isn't just a paycheck and your employees aren't just productivity numbers.
