Metcam Deemed "World-Class Fabrication Shop" by FABRICATOR Magazine

Highlighted as Facility Tour Location for Technology Summit on October 1, 2013

(Alpharetta, GA) –Metcam, a fabricator of sheet metal components and assemblies for OEMs, today announced that FABRICATOR magazine, an official publication of The Fabricators Manufacturers Association, International (FMA) and a leading industry publication for the industry, has invited Metcam to be a showcase facility in its upcoming Technology Summit. Attendees will tour Metcam's facility on October 1, 2013—the first day of the event—as one of six "world-class fabrication shops" Fabricator has chosen for this honor.

“Metcam has always been dedicated to fostering excellence in the fabrication industry, and we strive to help other production shops connect with and learn from each other,” said Metcam President Bruce Hagenau. "We welcome the opportunity to share our processes—and the insights that inspired them—with Technology Summit attendees."

To further encourage idea sharing and inspiration among attendees, Metcam is also sponsoring a networking luncheon at its facility immediately following the tour. The Technology Summit, scheduled for October 1-2, 2013, will be held at the Forsyth Conference Center (Cumming, Georgia) and the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Airport (Atlanta, Georgia). In addition to the tours, which are a highlight of the event, the Technology Summit includes roundtables and networking sessions.
