Metal-Era's Thom Cain Promoted to Northeastern Regional Sales Manager

Thom began at Metal-Era in 2003 as the Northeastern Regional Technical Manager. His strong field experience allows him to provide creative solutions for challenging and custom roof conditions. Throughout his career at Metal-Era Thom has been instrumental in managing a number of high profile projects including:

Thom has been involved in the roofing industry since 1979 and his roots in the industry can be traced to the time he worked his way up from a Roofer's Helper to a Foreman working his way through college at Arizona State University.
Thom has also held sales and management positions at HUAllied Building ProductsUH and served as technical and sales manager at US Intec and Tarmac Roofing Systems.
Thom has been involved in continuing education for the industry his entire career and is an often requested speaker at seminars for the HUConstruction Specifications InstituteUH (CSI), the HUAmerican Institute of ArchitectsUH (AIA) and the HURoof Consultants InstituteUH (RCI). His most recent presentations include HU"Understanding ANSI/SPRI ES-1"UH and HU"Principles of Commercial Roof Ventilation."U
