McFadden Promoted to Human Resources Manager for Lauren International
NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio – April 8, 2015 Lauren International, a parent company of eight dynamic subsidiaries offering superior products and services, has announced the promotion of Nanette McFadden to Human Resources Manager of Lauren International.
In her new position, McFadden will manage and evaluate Lauren International programs for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees. McFadden will also direct standard policies and practices among all Lauren International divisions. After serving as the HR Supervisor for the Delaware County Bank, McFadden joined the Lauren family in 2006 as an HR Generalist. She then took on the role of HR Manager for Lauren Manufacturing and began managing HR processes for the Lauren International divisions in New Philadelphia and Canton, Ohio.
McFadden earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources and Marketing from The Ohio State University. In addition, she holds a PHR Certification and serves as an American Red Cross Board Member for the Stark and Muskingum Lakes Chapter. McFadden currently resides in Dover, Ohio with her husband and daughter.
