McClarin Plastics' Dynamic Fabricators Appoints Wade Wolcott as Vice President and General Manager

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- McClarin Plastics, LLC, a Hanover, Pa.-based national manufacturer and provider of composites and fiber-reinforced plastic components, announced that it has named Wade Wolcott as Vice President and General Manager of Dynamic Fabricators, a division of the company.

Wolcott brings more than 30 years of industry experience to McClarin and was hired to continue the company's growth momentum. In his new role, he will focus on targeting and evaluating add-on acquisitions that will complement the division and will be heavily involved in the acquisition and integration processes.

Wolcott was the sole owner of Dynamic Fabricators from 2006 to 2009, when it was acquired by Amtech, LLC, an industry-leading manufacturer of fiber-reinforced plastic components that merged with McClarin Plastics in 2015. He was responsible for transforming the company's financial performance into a top-performing, profitable business, and in a year, Wolcott increased the company's consumer base by 30 percent. Most recently, he served as an account manager for the HORN Composites and Fabrication Materials business unit. In addition to being a member of the American Composite Manufacturers Association, Wolcott is also the inventor of a filament winding machine, a wood fabrication machine and a proprietary marine dock product line.

"Wade is an expert in composites and his track record in the industry is outstanding," said Jerry Armstrong, president and CEO of McClarin Plastics. "We have plans to considerably grow the business over the next decade and are confident that his direct experience and knowledge of Dynamic Fabricators will produce positive results and drive the company's growth initiatives."
