MC Machinery Systems Canada, Inc. Opens New Technology Centre

Richmond Hill,Ontario -MC Machinery Systems Canada, Inc. announces the opening of its new technology centre in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The new Canada location will showcase all MC Machinery lines, including Mitsubishi EDM, Mitsubishi Laser, Roku-Roku Vertical Machining Centers, Toyokoki Press Brakes and the Consumable Products Group (CPG).
MC Machinery Systems Canada, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MC Machinery Systems, USA. Mitsubishi EDM's VP of Sales and Marketing Nicolas Giannotte comments, "We recognized the need to have a stronger supportive network for Canada's active manufacturing market. Canada is very important to the overall business plans of Mitsubishi, and this decision will be mutually beneficial for us and our customers."
The new VP of Operations for MC Machinery Systems Canada, Inc., Darren Carroll, will now oversee the Canadian operation. He has spent many years in sales and marketing in the manufacturing environment, and has a strong background in both EDM and high speed milling.
Chris Linton will represent the Laser division in Canada. Linton was president of St. Lawrence Machine Tool, Mitsubishi's former Canadian Laser dealer. "The shift into direct representation in Canada will enable us to provide current and future customers with the best possible service and support," he says.
Mitsubishi Laser's VP of Sales and Marketing Bill Isaac comments, "We recognize Canada as a thriving fabrication market that deserves our full attention. The decision to go direct was essential to our company's growth in that region."
