Apollo high speed, vertical form, fill, seal (VFFS) bagging machine
The Apollo servo-driven intermittent high speed bagger is the fastest, most versatile VFFS machine offered by Matrix. The servo-driven design makes this a rugged, dependable option for all bag making needs. The Apollo handles numerous bag styles, including flat bottom and gusseted, and features Matrix’s advanced servo motion control of the film pull belts and the end-seal jaws for smooth and fast operation. Specialized sealing technology is available for high speed individually quick frozen food (IQF) applications.
Mercury HS high speed VFFS
The Mercury HS forms, fills, and seals bags at speeds of up to 140 bags per minute. Compared to other high speed machines, the Mercury has a small footprint, which helps to conserve valuable floor space. Each Mercury HS offers a self-centering film drive down system, automatic edge guide film tracking, and short travel, angled incline film upwind, all of which contribute to precise film movement and trouble free operation. Tool-free quick-change core chucks help to ensure fast changeover between jobs. The Mercury HS is the highest selling Matrix VFFS.
Toyo Jidoki TT-8D-N
The Toyo Jidoki TT-8D-N pre-made pouch filler/sealer delivers flexibility in terms of pouch formats – flat, stand-up, retort, and press-to-close. This pre-made pouch filler and sealer, sold and supported in the United States by the Pro Mach Flexible Packaging Group, is designed for packaging frozen foods, seafood, snacks, rice and other grains, noodles, pet foods, and granular and powder products. Toyo Jidoki engineering delivers precision pouch sealing capabilities regardless of film type or gauge. Accessories include a product feeding hopper, product discharge conveyor, pouch opening follow-up guide, product counter, heater disconnection alarm, and pouch opening detection device.
INV Pack BY300
The INV Pack BY300 multilane stickpack machine, sold and supported exclusively in the United States by the Pro Mach Flexible Packaging Group, is ideal for low-to-medium production rates of quality stickpacks with minimal investment required. Output ranges from 150 stickpacks per minute for a three-lane operation to 350 per minute with seven lanes. The machine’s rugged ergonomic design allows easy cleaning and requires low maintenance. Options include: Laser, ink jet, hot foil printing, and patented “built-in” laser for easy opening pre-cut. INV Pack is noted for its leadership in single dose pharma packaging as well as solutions for difficult to fill viscous products.
