MATHESON Launches New MOCVD Website
Basking Ridge, NJÂ – Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc. (MATHESON) has launched a new MOCVD website. The site can be found at: http://www.mathesongas.com/edge/mocvd/solutions.aspx.
The site is devoted to MOCVD Equipment manufactured by MATHESON’s parent company, TAIYO NIPPON SANSO Corporation (TNSC) and used in compound semiconductor applications. These applications include LCDs, blue and white LEDs, power electronics, ultraviolet light, and RF applications.
