MATHESON Acquires Airweld, Inc.


Basking Ridge, NJ - May 11, 2012 - MATHESON has successfully acquired the assets and business of US Airweld, Inc., based in Phoenix, Arizona with operations located throughout Arizona and New Mexico. This purchase will improve MATHESON's existing business in Phoenix, Tucson, and Albuquerque as well as expand the network to new parts of both states. The acquired business will become a part of the MATHESON Packaged Gas Division.
